TBC Novem/Decem 2002 : SDC Oxygen Administration

Club/Ocean Diver - Reg Fee 12.00GBP + Regional costs

The aim of this one-day course is to teach the administration of oxygen as a means of increasing the effectiveness of the first aid treatment of diving accidents. The course requires no prior knowledge of oxygen equipment but it is necessary too have an up-to-date knowledge of diving related disorders and their symptoms. This is a mandatory course for the BSAC Advanced Diver qualification.

TBC Novem/Decem 2002 : SDC First Aid For Divers

Club/Ocean Diver - Reg Fee 12.00GBP + Regional costs

Even if you already hold a certificate from one of the first aid agencies, this one-day course looks at the subject from the diving viewpoint and relates specifically to first aid for diving related injuries.

TBA 2002 : SDC Boat Handling Course

Open (Members only) - Reg Fee 12.00GBP + Regional costs

This course is designed to give members with little or no previous experience an insight into the safe use of small power boats, the equipment they should carry and a knowledge of seamanship, tides and weather which govern their safe use. The course syllabus is recognised training for the BSAC Diver Cox'n Certificate. This is one of the optional courses for BSAC Advanced Diver qualification.

30th August - 5th September 2003 (TBC) : Scapa Flow

Yes, we're of to brave Scapa once again. This year we are going for a week on the MV Three Sisters. Places are limited so book early.
